Chocolate Chip Cookies

Yeah, I know, it’s hard to wreck a batch of chocolate chip cookies, but here’s the recipe I’ve been using. It’s precisely by the gram and adopted from the CIA Baking and Pastry Cookbook.
Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe:
326 grams chips
326 all purpose flour
6 salt
5 baking soda
216 butter
141 sugar
104 brown sugar
85 eggs
6 vanilla (ml)
Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 375 f.
